We have a vacancy for a full time Litigation Legal Secretary in our Wellington office. In this role you will play a pivotal role, working alongside a team of busy litigators in our new central city office.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can provide top level support to our litigators. You will be the person to "make it happen" so our authors can focus on providing the best possible service to their clients.
  • Has two or more years of experience working as a litigation secretary OR experience in a high level secretarial or administration role, or a project management role.
  • Is tech savvy. You will enjoy and be skilled at working with new technology and systems.
  • Is proactive, agile, creative, and organised… and has a good sense of humour.
