Days of Care is a fundraising programme where a supporter chooses a specific day to help the hospice provide much needed palliative care and support to patients and their families.
This year Gibson Sheat’s Day of Care is 9 September. September marks 39 years since Te Omanga opened its doors to its first patient in 1979, and started on its mission to assist the wider Hutt Valley community.
Te Omanga Hospice and its wonderful staff are a valuable asset to the community – they provide a fantastic, caring and supportive facility for families and patients in difficult circumstances. Gibson Sheat is pleased to support them in a small way through the Days of Care Programme.
