Open Country Cheese Company I represented this company from the date of its formation until its takeover by Dairy Trust in 2008. Kaimai Cheese Company Limited Kaimai is a specialty cheese company. I advised the board on all corporate and constitutional issues, fund raising (including a number of public fund raising initiatives), and all contract and regulatory advice which was relevant to the establishment and operation of that successful business.
