John specialises in unit title developments, lives in a unit title development, and is also a proud owner.
He acts for a number of high-profile developers in the Wellington CBD and advises a large number of experienced and less experienced private property investors. He enjoys the strategy, personalities, and challenges behind developments, unit title rules, and body corporate issues. He regularly presents on unit titles issues to investors.
