Sylvia Jervis helps individuals, families and businesses buy, sell, refinance and manage residential and commercial property. She works across our Wellington and Masterton offices, supporting clients through property transactions, mortgage and finance matters and other property-related issues with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and care.
She brings a calm, organised approach and is known for her clear communication, attention to detail and commitment to getting things right.
Sylvia joined Gibson Sheat in 2021, bringing valuable experience from her time in Auckland as a Legal Secretary and Legal Executive. She is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.
Outside of work, Sylvia enjoys the Wairarapa lifestyle and pace. She lives with her husband, stepchildren and a collection of much-loved farm animals, and enjoys good food, great views and spending time with friends.
