We have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant in our Wellington office, working 30 hours per week (10am-5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday).

About the role:
You will be based at our Wellington office reception desk, to offer our clients and your colleagues outstanding service. Tasks will include answering phones, mail duties, stationery and grocery orders, scanning, room bookings and setting up for events. There will be a range of other duties that ensure the smooth running of the Wellington office. No two days will be the same, but don’t worry, we won’t throw you in the deep end - you will be well supported and encouraged by an experienced Office Manager and other caring and knowledgeable colleagues.
