Legal Secretary - Property (Lower Hutt)

We have a vacancy for a Legal Secretary in our Property team, in our Lower Hutt office.   

In this role you will support a team of highly experienced property lawyers and legal executives.  You will play a key part within this highly successful team. 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has worked as a property secretary and has a good understanding of the conveyancing process,
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills,
  • Is highly organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines,  
  • Shows a lot of initiative, asks good questions, and has a strong work ethic,
  • Is team minded, has a “can do attitude”, and
  • Wants to grow and settle into into this key role for the long term.
