Career to date

"I joined Gibson Sheat in 2001 and worked in the property team for five years as a legal secretary.  I've been part of the Mortgagee Recovery Team for the past three years.  I particularly enjoyed property and family law but am now enjoying the commercial side of property work in doing mortgagee sales and debt recovery.

I am currently studying towards my Legal Executive Diploma."

Mortgagee sale and property presenting work for a number of large financial institutions.

My approach to working with my clients

I aim to provide client care to the highest level and ensure all aspects of the client's legal needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

I like to keep my clients informed at every stage and aim to exceed expectations with dedication to their work and attention to details.

The best piece of advice I've been given

"Do it once and do it right" works for me.  I'm a perfectionist and a very competitive person.

What stimulates me

Travelling, meeting new people, and learning from them and their experiences, and problem solving.

What I enjoy outside work

Spending time with my family and friends, sport (watching and participating), travel, celebrating anything - weddings - birthdays - Christmas - and good coffee and wine.

If I wasn't a Legal Assistant I'd be...

If I wasn't at Gibson Sheat I would love to be a travel agent.
