Legal Secretary - Masterton

Part-time: 20-25 hours

Gibson Sheat is seeking a part-time legal secretary for our Masterton office.

Ideally you’ll:

  • have some experience working as a Secretary, PA or in a similar support role. (Law firm experience would be ideal)
  • have good keyboard skills and be good at picking up new technical systems and office processes
  • have excellent writing, reading comprehension and grammar skills
  • be highly organised and able to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • be happy to help out with any type of general administration task,

and most importantly, you will bring a professional, positive, and engaging nature to the office.

We’re looking for someone who can work part time hours initially, but has the flexibility to work some extra hours during busy periods. This role has the potential to turn into a full time role in the future.
