We have an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary to join our Commercial team within our Masterton office.

This is a full time role based in our busy and friendly Masterton office. You will be working in our Commercial team, and your key role will be to support and work alongside our Commercial partner whose practice includes rural farm work, general legal commercial work and conveyancing work. You will also work alongside our other wonderful legal secretaries to support some of our other lawyers.
This is a senior level secretary role, as you will be responsible for helping to draft legal documents (including agreements for sale and purchase, and business agreements) and assisting with conveyancing (including completing settlements). You will also prepare bills, maintain filing systems, telephone clients, make appointments and do other general office duties to support our Masterton team members to provide excellent service to our valued clients.
