What sets us apart is our consultative approach to employment law. Our people are approachable and believe in establishing an open rapport with our clients’ HR teams and managerial staff.

We ensure clients are comfortable ringing us before they react to a situation which could result in a personal grievance claim. We do not charge for short phone calls and often find that a quick call to us to clarify the process for a dismissal, for example, can save an organisation thousands of dollars. While we appear regularly in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court, our approach is to help clients resolve issues early wherever possible.
