About Nikky Davis
Career to date
"I joined Gibson Sheat as a legal secretary in1995 straight from a polytechnic Executive Assistant/Court Reporting course. In the 14 years that I worked for David Sarginson as his legal secretary, I gained a wealth of experience in conveyancing and also trusts and subdivisions. I am currently studying towards my Legal Executive Diploma and started working as a Legal Executive in my own right early in 2010."
Nikky has a great deal of experience in residential conveyancing and particularly enjoys working with first home buyers, explaining the legal process and assisting them in the purchase of their first home. As a perfectionist, Nikky makes sure all the i's are dotted and t's crossed in every transaction.
My approach to working with my clients
I treat my clients the way I'd like to be treated. I explain the legal process, and answer any questions, in plain English.
What stimulates me
I enjoy working with people and helping them with their property matters - whether it's purchasing a home or rental property, refinancing or selling. It can be a stressful time for people and I like to try to make it easier.
What I enjoy outside of work
I love spending time relaxing with friends and family, keeping fit, gardening and the outdoors.
