Gibson Sheat Staff get "Fit for a Cure"

Well, our six-week challenge is now over. We raised a fantastic $1,629.50 for the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation, this includes contributions from the firm for staff participating and also funds from the sales of pink merchandise.
Around 30 staff across both offices took part in the final group walk on Friday, which took place at lunch time, with a catered lunch afterwards in each office.

For the 6 weeks leading up to Pink Friday (October 14) staff from both Gibson Sheat offices are taking part in a fitness challenge in support of the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation. For each day each person takes part the partnership will make a donation to this great cause.
Over the period we will have various experts (nutritionist, fitness trainer, chiropractor) speaking to staff about different aspects of leading a healthy life.
On the final day of the challenge there will be a group 5km walk before work (with everyone wearing pink of course!) culminating in a (healthy) breakfast at each office.
