Recognising talent - our new associates

Gibson Sheat is delighted to announce the appointment of our first Legal Executives as Associates on 1 October 2016.

Marie Colling and Paula Campbell have both shown an outstanding commitment to the firm over many years. They are both exceptional conveyancers with considerable property-related expertise and experience. They show a high level of dedication to our clients. We get fantastic feedback from clients, brokers and banks, all of whom are enthusiastic in their praise of Marie and Paula.  Clients love the high standard of attention to their needs—and the down to earth and welcoming approach that Marie and Paula bring to their work.
“We have always been impressed by the way that they have enthusiastically developed and pursued marketing and client promotion activities.  As a result they have built strong networks of people who refer work to them.” says Chairman of Partners, Nigel Stirling, “Both have got alongside the property agents, facilitating seminars and networking functions for them, and informing agents on some of the complexities of property transactions.”
Marie joined Gibson Sheat in August 2004, bringing with her a vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of personal and investment property transactions, as well as subdivisions, trusts, wills and estate administration. Marie has built on this experience in her time with Gibson Sheat becoming a key member of our Wellington office property team and mentor to junior team members.
